Refund policy
Return/Exchange Policy, Damaged Items, and Other Order Issues
We accept returns or exchanges of new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. In the event of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back; once the item is received and inspected to ensure that it conforms with our return criteria, we will ship the new item to the customer with free shipping. To request authorization for a return or exchange, please email contact@etoilemer.com and include your order number, email address, and the name of the item that you wish to return.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@etoilemer.com if any items have arrived damaged.
